Over 18?: Yes
Other Characters: None

Character Name/Alias: Nebula
Character age: 30
Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Canon point: Post-End Game
History: Wiki here
Appearance: Blue and purple skin, mixed with cybernetic parts, including a fully robotic left arm.
Personality:
Nebula spent her entire childhood pitted against her sister Gamora at the hands of their father Thanos. Every time Gamora bested her Thanos replaced a part of Nebula with machinery so that she might be 'better'. Because of this horrific adolescence Nebula despises losing even if the consequences aren't as dire. She wants to win. This is something that she is slowly starting to move past after years of working closely with the Avengers and Rocket Raccoon, but it is still heavily ingrained within her.
Something that both Nebula and her sister Gamora are not very good at is lying, but Nebula especially. Her opinions and thoughts are clearly written on her face. Also Nebula rarely even attempts to lie and will bluntly tell someone precisely what she thinks either or them or their opinions if presented the opportunity.
Nebula harbors a lot of anger because of her past and will sometimes direct that anger at others that don't necessarily deserve it or that have only done something that is a minor slight.
Her feelings about Gamora are extremely complicated and her relationship with her has very much formed the person that she is today. She loves her sister and also hated her for a very long time because of the way Thanos pitted them against one another. She's always been compared to her sister and was always found to be the lesser of the two and not only by Thanos. Gamora also never seemed to care (at least by Nebula's perception) that Thanos was torturing Nebula every time she lost which led to enormous amounts of resentment. Her and her sister resolved and became very close after Nebula finally stopped trying to kill Gamora long enough for them to air all of their grievances. Except very soon after they forgave one another, Thanos killed Gamora leaving an emptiness in Nebula for the sister she'd only recently regained. There is another Gamora, one that came forward in time at the end of Endgame that is currently somewhere in the galaxy, so her sister isn't completely lost to her.
Her feelings on Thanos are just as complicated. She despises him, yes, but she also always wanted desperately to please him because she could never seem to get his admiration. This has left her in desperate need of a father figure or someone who could give her some manner of validation. She'll never admit the need, but it is painfully clear when Tony Stark is playing a simple game of paper football with her, teaching her the game and then allowing her to win, that she needs that kind of person in her life. While it was a simple act, it made her very much endeared to the man.
What did they do to end up here?:
Nebula did a great many different crimes while in the service of her father. She was known as the 'biggest sadist in the galaxy'. She's tortured, murdered, and maimed people throughout the galaxy and aided her father in multiple planetary genocides. She might be mostly 'reformed' these days, but she's still a killer.
Powers / Abilities:
Superhuman strength, agility, and durability. She's a cyborg, so she's also able to repair herself after grave injury but isn't invulnerable. Nebula was able to kill another (split timeline) version of herself by a blaster shot to the chest, but she's also survived and repaired herself following a direct blow from a cannon and from the explosions of a crashing spaceship. Her cybernetics also allow her to playback recorded memories, see in low light, and hack electronics.
